Welcome to Holy Savior Lutheran Church, Paris
The arrival of Pastor Roger Jones at our church in August 2007 has created a new opportunity for English speakers in Paris to worship Christ. English-born, but completely fluent in French, Pastor Jones is developping several bilingual and English-language activities: bilingual services in French and in English, an English Bible study, as well as English lessons. We are currently building our English website.
Holy Savior Evangelical Lutheran Church is part of the Evangelical Lutheran Church-French and Belgian Synod, which is itself a member of the International Lutheran Council. The largest member of the International Lutheran Council is the English-speaking Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod, or LCMS (USA).

Our service
Our worship service takes place at 10h15 every Sunday morning. The Lord's Supper is offered every first Sunday of the month. Our services regularly include bilingual elements. (Sermons given in French and English, hymns with both French and English verses, announcements in both languages, translations of sermons available). The liturgy is entirely in French. Return to top
